Vintage Cloisonné Red Deer & Crane Trinket Box Necklace 

A rare find! This features hand-enameled Chinese cloisonné pendant purse box depicting a golden deer grazing beside flowering branches while a white crane takes flight over turquoise mountains. A classical landscape scene rendered in fired enamel on a warm red-orange ground, with brass wire outlining every leaf, cloud, and antler. Scrollwork in jade green and sky blue wraps the sides and base.

The box opens on a brass double kiss-lock clasp and hangs from a long silk cord, hand-knotted in Chinese decorative knotwork and finished in two full silk tassels. Worn long as a statement necklace, it sits beautifully at the sternum.
