A professional artist and founder of PAPAYA, a brand recognized worldwide, Anahata Joy has spent 22 years developing her creative voice while styling clients, developing products, and curating spaces since 2011, with a boutique in Oregon and a studio based in Atlanta, GA.
The name holds meaning on both sides of the world. In Eastern tradition, Swan is a nod to Paramahansa, an ancient Sanskrit honor for cherished beings who have reached the highest understanding of personal transformation and spiritual enlightenment. In the West, it speaks to the quiet power of becoming, of discovering one's own essence and beauty through time and self-understanding. Space reflects the creative and studio atmosphere that has always anchored Anahata's work.

Born and raised in Alaska and rooted in the creative landscapes of Oregon and Atlanta, Anahata Joy is a bohemian luxe maximalist with a 22-year career as a professional artist and a 15-year history of styling clients, developing original work, and building spaces that inspire. Her aesthetic draws deeply from indigenous textiles, artisan craft, and an unwavering hunger for authenticity.
She has been a devoted vibrational gemstone collector since 2014, spending more than a decade building a deeply personal relationship with her own gem toolkit and living with some of the highest quality vibrational gemstones available. In 2024 she completed a formal apprenticeship as a certified Vibrational Consultant, a natural evolution of years spent as a devoted client and student of the practice.
Today she brings this extraordinary and deeply specialized offering to her clientele: seasoned creatives, conscious collectors, and style enthusiasts from all walks of life who are ready to understand their own frequency.
