RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Swan Space does not issue refunds. We accept exchanges and provide store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that many items in our collection are one of a kind, featured in drops or specialized events, and most purchases are final. We encourage you to carefully review measurements, product descriptions, vintage disclosures, and all listing details before purchasing.

Exclusions apply to fine gemstones, Kate King jewellery (7-day window), fragrances, vintage items, and sale items. See details below.

Exchange Requirements

  • Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and order ID number, found in your email, text messages, or Apple Wallet.
  • All items must be presented in their original condition and packaging within the 14-day window.
  • Exchanges can be initiated via email for online purchases.
  • The client is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Conditions for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are issued to the original purchaser only, as recorded at the time of purchase.
  • Opting out of receiving a receipt at in person events forfeits the option for store credit.
  • Only unworn and undamaged (including laundering errors) apparel in original condition with tags attached is eligible for exchange.
  • Swan Space is not responsible for damages due to wear, use, laundering, or dry cleaning.
  • Unused store credits will be converted to a digital gift card valid for one year from the issuance date. Store credits are non-transferable.

FINE GEMSTONES & KATE KING JEWELLERY

Regular-priced Kate King gemstone jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Refunds are not issued. Store credit is available if you do not wish to exchange.

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
  • Sale items are final sale only. No exchanges or credits apply.
  • We are not able to offer price adjustments on further reduced inventory.
  • Please contact us to initiate an online return or exchange. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Kate King Warranty

There is a one (1) year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Kate King jewellery is sterling silver with precious metal plating. Plating longevity varies depending on care, wear frequency, body pH, lotions, oils, and climate. Oxidation or natural wear of plating is not covered under warranty.

  • The warranty is void if the jewellery is dropped or care instructions are not followed.
  • The warranty is void if silver dip, chemical silver cleaners, toothpaste, or ultrasonic cleaners are used.
  • Kate King purchases include a follow-up email initiating warranty registration with gemstone write-ups and care instructions. Please accept emails from Ontraport to receive your gemstone information.

VINTAGE & ONE OF A KIND PIECES

Vintage items are sold as-is with all sales final. While we strive to provide accurate details regarding age and era, these are approximations. Vintage items are selected for their unique style and nostalgia and may show natural wear. Please choose carefully as no exchanges or credits are available for vintage purchases.

Sale items are final sale. No exchanges or store credits apply.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS & DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Defective items must be reported within two weeks of purchase for store credit only. Refunds are not issued.

STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS

Store Credit

  • Store credits are issued as digital gift certificates delivered to your email or Apple Wallet.
  • Store credits must be used within one year from the issue date and are non-transferable.
  • Store credits can only be used by the original purchaser.

Gift Cards

  • Digital gift cards are available and valid for one year from the purchase date.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase.
  • Partial balances can be used for future purchases, with the remaining balance valid for up to one year.
  • To redeem, present your digital gift card number at checkout.


HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made in December are eligible for exchanges or store credits until January 7th with the original receipt and order number. Refunds are not issued; only store credits or exchanges apply.
