SHIPPING POLICY

Swan Space shipments are processed twice weekly. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email and/or SMS. Shipping rates are calculated per item and location. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Carriers & Delivery

• The majority of orders are shipped via UPS
• If you live outside the USA, Duty and Tax will apply on order value as determined by current importation tariffs. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery.
• Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include Duty or Tax levied by the country of delivery. This applies to all in-person and online purchases.

Refused Shipments

All shipped orders not accepted by the customer prior to delivery are subject to a return and restocking fee of $150. Any Duty and Tax and return shipping fees charged back to Swan Space due to shipment refusal will also be charged in addition to the restocking fee prior to refunding any balance.

This fee is not applicable to our regular return policy.
