SWAN SPACE RETURN POLICY
STORE CREDIT ONLY* Swan Space does not issue refunds. We accept exchanges & issue in-store credits within 14 days of initial purchase date.
Exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt confirmation and order ID number in store. (*Which can be found in your email, text messages or Apple Wallet)
All product exchanges must be presented in store, in original purchase condition and packaging within the 14 day exchange window. We cannot issue store credits by phone, email or text. All exchanges & credits must be approved in store.
All exchanges are issued to the original customer that made the purchase at the time of check out and is on file with the transaction. We make sure to issue receipts at the time of purchase. *If you elect to intentionally opt out of receiving your receipt at check out we cannot issue you in store credit at a later time.
Unused exchange & or store credits will be applied to a digital Gift Card to redeem for *up to one year. Unused store credits will expire within one calendar year of the issue credit date.
Exchanges accepted only for *unworn & unwashed apparel in original condition w tags still attached.
Swan Space is not responsible for damages to items from wear, use, laundering/ dry cleaning of garments, accessories, linens etc.
Defective items must be reported within two weeks of purchase for in-store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
FRAGRANCE & BATH N BODY SALES ARE FINAL
*Please note there are no exchanges or refunds on fragrances & bath n body products such as lotions, perfumes, lip balms etc. All sales of these are items are final for sanitation reasons.
USING STORE CREDIT:
To redeem in-store credits please provide your digital credit which will be in the form of a Gift Certificate number receipt, which can be found in your email or Apple Wallet at the address given at the time of purchase & exchange.
*In store credits must be used within one year.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Purchases made in the month of December have a special gift exchange policy. Exchanges or store credits may be issues up until January 7th with original receipt and order number. Swan Space does not issue refunds. Store credits and exchanges only.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift Cards (digital & physical) are available and are redeemable for up to one year from the purchase date. Gift Cards expire after one year from original purchase. Gift Cards are non refundable. Gift Card numbers must be presented at the time of redemption to use. You will need to locate your physical gift card or digital gift card to use with your purchase. Gift Cards may be applied to split purchases in th event that the Gift Card balance does not cover the entire purchase. Gift Cards can be redeemed in part and an available remaining balance will remain redeemable on future purchases for up to one year.
