SWAN SPACE RETURN POLICY
Store Credit Only
Swan Space does not issue refunds. We accept exchanges and provide in store credits within 14 days of the original purchase date. (*Exclusions apply to bath and body products, fine gemstones, fragrances, vintage, and sale items. See details below.)
Exchange Requirements
- Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and order ID, which can be found in your email, text messages, or Apple Wallet.
- All exchanges must be presented in-store, in their original condition and packaging, within the 14-day window.
- Store credits cannot be issued via phone, email, or text. Approval for exchanges and credits must occur in-store.
Conditions for Exchanges
- Exchanges will only be issued to the original purchaser as recorded at the time of purchase. Receipts are provided at the point of sale, and opting out of receiving a receipt will forfeit the option for in-store credit later.
- Unused store credits will be converted to a digital gift card valid for one year. Store credits expire one year from the issuance date.
- Only unworn and unwashed apparel in original condition with tags attached will be eligible for exchange.
- Swan Space is not responsible for damages due to wear, use, laundering, or dry cleaning.
Defective Items
- Defective items must be reported within two weeks of purchase for store credit only. Refunds are not issued.
Final Sale Items
- Fragrance and Bath & Body Products: All sales of fragrances and bath/body products (e.g., lotions, perfumes, lip balms) are final due to sanitation considerations.
- Vintage Items: Vintage items are sold as-is, with all sales final. While we strive to provide accurate details regarding the age and era of vintage items, they are approximations. Vintage items are selected for their unique style & nostalgia and may show wear due to their age. Please choose carefully, as no exchanges or credits are available for vintage purchases.
- Sale items are final. No exchanges or store credits apply.
Fine Gemstones & Kate King Jewelry
- Regular-priced Kate King gemstone jewelry can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery, but refunds are not issued. Store credit is available if you do not wish to exchange at that time.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
- Kate King purchases come with a follow-up email that initiates warranty registration and includes gemstone write-ups and care instructions. Accept emails from Ontraport to access your gemstone information.
Using Store Credit
- Store credits will be issued as digital gift certificates and can be found in your email or Apple Wallet. Store credits must be used within one year from the issue date.
Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
Holiday Return Policy
- Purchases made in December are eligible for exchanges or store credits until January 7th with the original receipt and order number. Refunds are not issued; only store credits or exchanges apply.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards, both digital and physical, are available and valid for up to one year from the purchase date. Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase.
- To redeem, present your physical or digital gift card number. Partial balances can be used for future purchases, with the remaining balance valid for up to one year.
Privacy and Data Use:
- Customer data, such as email or phone details for receiving digital credits, will be protected, aligning with privacy standards. Swan Space will never misuse your information or share with any third parties.
